What we can't help with
- Personalised "which exact laser should I buy" decisions by email. Start with the maker's guide and the buyer guides — they're built to answer that with the trade-offs laid out.
- Laser-safety shortcuts. Always wear correctly wavelength/OD-rated laser glasses, run proper fume extraction ducted outside, and never leave a running laser unattended. Follow your machine's manufacturer instructions.
- Troubleshooting a specific machine fault — your manufacturer's support and the LightBurn / maker forums are the best source.
